Refund Policy

Due to the sensitive and perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns of opened, unopend, used or improperly stored items.

Refunds or replacements will only be issued in the event of:

– Wrong item sent

– Damaged item on arrival (must notify us within 48 hours with photos)

If you believe you are eligible for a refund or replacement, please email support@regenlabs.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery. All requests are assessed at our discretion.
