Bacteriostatic Water

Bacteriostatic Water is a sterile, nonpyrogenic solution containing 0.9% (9 mg/mL) benzyl alcohol as a bacteriostatic preservative.

Formulated specifically for peptide research, this Bacteriostatic Water prevents bacterial growth, reducing the risk of contamination that could interfere with research.

Supplied in a multi-dose vial with a self healing cap for repeated withdrawals to reconstitute peptides. Its pH ranges from 4.5 to 7.0, with a typical value of 5.7.

Ideally stored, this product remains effective for 28 days after opening.

For best efficacy, store in a dark environment between 20 to 25°C (68 to 77°F) to preserve its quality.
